Questions and answers on the delivery and how to contact our company.

Q: How can I pay?
The payment can be made with credit card through the PAYPAL service.

Q: Does the price include VAT?
The indicated price always includes VAT.

Q: How are the goods delivered?
Via courier service.

Q: How long does it take to receive the goods?

The order will be processed starting from the moment when it is approved.

The goods are usually given to the courier within 4 working days.

NOTE: Delivering to islands takes longer. In specific periods, such as during Christmas time, deliveries may be delayed due to work overload of couriers.

Q: How are my personal data treated?
The data supplied will be used only to manage your order. Your personal data are however safeguarded by the Italian law on privacy in force in Italy (196/03). Globus does not use your data for any other purpose and does not pass them to third parties.

Q: Can I give the product back (right of withdrawal)?
On the basis of the law in force, it is possible to take advantage of the right of withdrawal if the following conditions are respected.
The communication that you intend to use the right of withdrawal is to be transmitted to Globus with a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 10 days from the reception of the goods at the following address:A/R all'indirizzo:

The letter will have to include the data of a bank current account on which the paid amount will be credited back.
In addition, the purchased product is to be sent back to us within the same period of time. It has to be intact and in its original packing. It has to include all its parts, including accessories, manuals and any other material supplied in the package. It is also necessary to enclose a copy of the invoice or receipt. The delivery cost is at the customer's charge.
After receiving the goods and checking that they are intact, the goods price will be credited back into the current account indicated in the letter requesting the right of withdrawal.
The reimbursement regards the price of the products without transport charges. It will be made within 30 days from goods reception.

Q: What happens if my package gets damaged or lost?
The package is insured against damages or loss. In case of problems, please contact us and we will take care of the claim for your satisfaction.

Q: How can I track the product delivery?
When the product is dispatched, a tracking code will be sent by e-mail for checking delivery.
NOTE:
Do not accept the package if it is damaged or if the packing seems to have been opened or damaged. In this case, please reject it and write on the courier's document the reason why you are not accepting it.

Q: What does "refurbished product" mean?
The products sold as refurbished can be:
a) products used for demonstrations (for example, exhibitions or showroom)
b) products whose external packing was damaged during transport and was therefore replaced to the customer
c) products sold and returned to Globus after that the package was opened
d) products that underwent extraordinary maintenance (for example, depleted battery replacement).

To guarantee a high quality standard, these products pass through a thorough testing process and, if necessary, they are repaired with original parts.
The product is then re-packed in an original Globus case or in a neutral case.
Small cosmetic defects might be present on the refurbished device, but the quality and operation standard of Globus are absolutely guaranteed.

Q: What do you mean with products out of catalogue, out of production or end of line?
These products are new but are no longer in the catalogue. They are all new.

Q: What does "product with minor cosmetic defects" mean?

This category of products is characterized by the presence of slight imperfections or cosmetic defects like scratches or imperfect serigraphies. They are new products and, for this reason, they are covered by the official warranty of 24 months.

 

COMMUNICATION METHODS
The customer undertakes to use a valid and operating e-mail address when he purchases the goods. We will send the order confirmation and any other communication regarding the order to this address. The customer is to inform us of any changes or problems regarding the e-mail address. If, for example, the order confirmation is not received after placing the order, there might have been a typo in the e-mail address or communication problems in the e-mail servers. Please, contact us and we will find a solution.
